Sheraton Arlington Hotel Completes Phase One of Renovation

ARLINGTON, TEXAS (August 10, 2016) – The Sheraton Arlington Hotel has completed the first phase of their multimillion dollar renovation led by Urbana Varro, LLC. The renovation includes a revitalization of all 311 guest rooms and suite upgrades. Blending modern décor with the latest technology, the hotel’s design and update reveals a new contemporary look.

A modernized color scheme brings a fresh look to the new paint, carpet, wallpaper, and drapes. Brighter bathrooms with updated lighting and mirrors, all new chairs and sofas, including leather work-station chairs, plus refrigerators and safes, all contribute to a fresh new experience. Guest comfort is assured with the all new Sheraton Signature Beds in every room. The Sheraton Fitness Center now also features new state-of-the-art exercise equipment.

“Visitors will be pleased with the comfortable relaxing environment in our guestrooms,” said General Manager Nancy Sorrells. “The new design scheme and update of technology along with our Texas Friendly customer service will enable our guests to recharge whether they are here for a conference, an event, seeing a Texas Rangers or Dallas Cowboys ballgame, or just a family vacation at Six Flags.”

The Sheraton Arlington Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to DFW Airport, the link@Sheraton Business Center, the Sheraton Fitness Center, and a beautiful outdoor pool and spa.

The Parkside Grill is the three meal a day restaurant offering a full service breakfast buffet daily complete with “made to order” waffles and omelets. The Parkside Bar offers pool side service throughout the summer months. The Market Place restaurant offers Starbucks coffees, Pizzas, Sandwiches and grab and go breakfast items as well as guest service items and gifts.

The property is in the final approval stage for phase two of their renovation which will include all 26,000 square feet of meeting space, most of which is on the second floor of the hotel. Phase three, expected in late 2017, will complete the transformation of the hotel with a total remodel of the lobby, restaurants, and bar, expanding the hotel’s offerings and reflecting the changing demands of guests, both for food and for places to gather.
