(Arlington, Texas) Jay Burress, President & CEO of the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau, announced that Britain’s SKY TV will be basing operations in Arlington for Super Bowl XLV. SKY is operated by the United Kingdom’s and Ireland's main satellite company, British Sky Broadcasting.
“This is another incredible opportunity for Arlington’s exposure,” says Burress. “We are always ready to welcome an international audience to our city.”
Arlington Mayor, Dr. Robert N. Cluck says, “It’s great to see that Arlington is being highlighted for yet another audience. This is a great ‘international’ feather in our cap, in addition to the news about CNN.”
