KAABOO’s signature PALATE Program extends to the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex with KAABOO Texas
Arlington, TX – April 18, 2019 - KAABOO Texas, the three-day live Music, Comedy, Culinary, and Contemporary Art experience in Arlington,Texas, just announced the PALATE chef and restaurant lineup for the 2019 event. The culinary programming will take place on the Maker’s Mark PALATE Stage May 10-12 in Arlington, Texas. The multi-stage and full sensory event will happen at the the state-of-the-art AT&T Stadium, the Home of the Dallas Cowboys, and take place both inside and outdoors allowing guests to move freely throughout the property.
The 2019 PALATE chef program will feature award-winning Chef Michael Mina (Mina Group, International Smoke, Cal Mare), Michelle Bernstein (MBC Michelle Bernstein Catering Company), Brad Albers (Eddie V’s Restaurants Inc.), Dylan Benoit (Food Network’s Fire Masters, PRIME Consulting), Bryan Caswell (REEF, El Real Original Tex-Mex), Sean Brock (Husk, McCrady’s), Junior Borges (Uchi), Eduardo Garcia (Montana Mex), Jeremy Ford (Stubborn Seed, Afishonado), Kent Rathbun (Hickory, Imoto), and Christof Syre (Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas).

Guests will have the pleasure in indulging in all sorts of savory and sweet treats while on the grounds. The PALATE bites lineup captures the essence of Texas with plenty of southern and Tex-Mex flavors including, The Rustic, Fletch, Morton's the Steakhouse, El Guajillo, Torchy's Tacos, and The Corn Shack. The lineup goes beyond Texas to feature flavors from all over the nation including, Oceanaire Seafood Room, Shawarma Point, Dang Brother Pizza, and more.
